HIV and AIDS is like a tip of the ice berg in Sri-lanka, Has more opportunity it will affect the people in our country in future. Civil conflict was over and there are tourists all over the world march to Sri-lanka and the family members too. East cost specially Pottuvil and Arukambay are very famous beaches for tourists.

Prevention is better than curity. This is very important in HIV.

“KAMHA” and “SARVODAYA” start a community awareness programme to address the AIDS AND SEXUALLY TRANSIMITED DEASEASES in Kalmunai region Ampara district.

This is the first programme started in Central Camp in Ampara district in Sri-lanka.

It is a community mental health promotion activity.

It is funded by Oxfam.
